I paid for a solo ad and banner design and got neither! Unfortuneatly for me, I paid through PayPal so couldn't put the amount into dispute with my credit card and PayPal have closed my one complaint because the item was 'virtual' and therefore hard to track.
Many emails to Planet Earth Marketing have yealded absolutely nothing, so save your money and go to more reputable companies.
